With the i12 tws the sound mainly comes out of the left ear bud (while on the phone) so when your talking on the phone use it kinda as a speaker. I hope it helped for you (if you donât get what I mean hold the left earbud up to the hole not to close so you donât earrape anyoneđ€Ł
