The bayonet fits with the entrenching tool. You are also missing the gas mask, which was a drop down carrier on your left leg. Seeing this stuff brought back memories. Thanks.

Where does the E-Tool go into, I've seen it in a few pictures go on the butt pack but never an actual good photo

@@grum8967 the etool can go onto the carrying strap thing on the buttpack, but by the book it goes on the back of the left hip (between the ammo pouch or canteen and the buttpack)

You did a great job of aging that holster. I would have never guessed that it was a repro judging by it and the video.

I wore that stuff when I started ROTC training in 1972. I still have my old and most favorite uniform (in all my 30 yrs in the Army) the OD jungle fatigues, jungles boots and other items.

My father fought in the Vietnam war and he doesn't like talking about anything about it but he was in south Korea defending the dmz and it's interesting to find out about this since he won't tell me

Your bipod came out as part of the m-1967 gear called MLCE or LLCE. That’s a nice set of gear you have. I will be doing a review my m-1956 LCE gear soon.

We had our compass on the left strap upper, I carried a K-Bar on my left suspender. Bayonets were worn on the web belt. GERNADE'S were worn on your suspenders and inside pockets. USMC 1987 to 1991. Not bad set up looked like my recon stuff but mine was black!

The bi-pod cover is late Vietnam war, I have the same one. It was my dads dad, and my dad has his original one he was issued. But where’d you get all this? I’m missing the suspenders and a mag pouch. (I’m doing 1990’s) btw, if you need any gear hit me up I have very random gear that people don’t think about to put in like the bandages toothpaste chapstick shit like that. Btw the bayonet thing, not even slightly inaccurate, guys did shit with there gear to stay Alice longer, btw the estimated time for a radio man was around 2-5 seconds, good video, hit me up if you need any gear, tips shit like that.

Ebay is the best place to find this stuff in my opinion. It can be a little pricey on Ebay though unless you're patient and wait to find this gear for the right price.

Go to some military surplus stores. They will have everything you need most likely

I'm thinking that the bi-pod case is late war because it looks to be all nylon. And also your web gear belt needs to be the one with 3 loop holes in it because the 2 hole nylon web gear, they did not have then.

Those y suspenders are Alice, not m67. Those were only used from the mid 70’s to the early 2000’s

Like the gear, but get a couple magazines to fill those pouches. You really short change yourself with the t-shirt. Again nice set up and video.

Check out the LRRP video on CZcams. Shows pics of the M67 nylon gear in use late war & he also has a complete set of M67 pre ALICE gear.
