On one morning, two bodies were found in a house, one was identified as a teenager girl named Aarushi Talwar and the other one belonged to the household help from Nepal, Hemraj. There was something fishy about this case right from the beginning and the statements from the members of the house also did not sound convincing. बहुत ही क्रम्बद्ध तरीके से explain किया है। सच है वीडियो बनाने में बहुत मेहनत की है लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि ये बहुत रहस्यमई केस है।CBI ने कोई सम्मानित कार्य नही किया है न ही निचली अदालत ने तर्कसंगत न्याय दिया है। अपनी अपनी असफलताओं को छिपाने के लिए खुद स्क्रिप्ट लिख दिया और निष्कर्ष निकाल दिया। निचली अदालत ने न्याय के नाम पर सिर्फ खाना पूर्ति करके चलते बने। इस कहानी से यही सीख मिलती है कि शक के आधार पर पुलिस वाले किसी को भी प्रताड़ित कर सकते है और अंततः निर्दोष होने पर उसकी हड्डी पसली और इज़्ज़त का जनाजा निकाल कर मोटी सैलरी लेकर पल्लू झाड़ लेते है उन पर कोई कार्यवाही नही होती है।

मुझे एक बात आज तक समझ नही आई इस केस में कि सभी यही बता रहे कि सुबह नूपुर तलवार ने नौकर हेमराज को काल किया रिंग गयी भी फ़ोन काट कर स्विच ऑफ कर दिया गया और आज तक वो फ़ोन नही मिला पर पुलिस और सीबीआई उस फ़ोन का लास्ट लोकेशन तो देख सकती थी जहाँ वो लास्ट बार रिंग या रिसीव हुआ होगा । जरूर कुछ न कुछ वहां से पता चलता

I don’t consider it as a mystery, this case remains unsolved because of reckless investigation of police and unable to collect evidence on the crime spot.
The CBI also could find that that only the parents were involved. I completely understand that, that is stye only way this could have happened.

I thought long over the week with Byomkesh Bakshi style of thoughts embedded and added to that, a few additional observations..... These points made the matter clear. No doubt left.
.
1) If the parents had found Aarushi dead especially in such horrific state, then definitely without any second thought the first thing any innocent parents would do is call the police. That is because they do not want the crime scene to be tampered with other's fingerprints since the crime is heinous. Here, the parents here did exactly opposite and that was done on purpose. They called the whole world with the solo intention that the crime scene would definitely be tampered.

2) When the police saw blood stains on the path going towards the terrace, if the parents were seriously serious and additionally more serious than normal serious about hunting the killer, then without hesitation they would have given the terrace door key immediately. Make note that not once, but twice the key was denied to the police officials even when the blood stains were going up to the terrace. Such a botched up police resource who did not force open the door breaking it.

3) Aarushi father calling a doctor in between the investigation and asking him not to disclosure the rp of the child in his report which clearly indicates that the parents knew all this and thus the childs mother cleaned the mess after the child passed away in the heat of the moment that night.

4) I am not sure if the servants innerwear was checked for sampling the spots of smn that would have leaked from his 🌽. Just match that with Aarushis 👌mild smn samples. It should have definitely matched.

Any dumber investigating this case would have come to this conclusion, unless there is more stronger points her father would have brought to notice.

This is a case of bribing various govt officials for which Talwars spent lots of money for proving their innocence. This case can be solved with flow of money. Probably they must have sold their property also. There must be so many family members who helped Talwars.

What were the parents doing if they couldn't even give enough time to their one and only child? Career is important, but child is more important. If the parents couldn't dedicate enough time to their adolescent daughter, teach her dos and don'ts they have failed as parents. The father did not feel it important to shun drinking atleast in their house.

It is confirmed that the murder was planned. It is confirmed that the killers of this murder are Arushi's parents. In other words, when the police tried to open Kaushi's door on the day of the murder, not allowing her to open it was hiding the evidence . He knew about the dead body on the roof of his house and did not allow the door to be opened. Being a doctor himself, he destroyed all the evidence. The killers themselves are Aarushi's parents. 100%.

If the parents of Arushi is suspected murderer then they would not raise the case in District court when cbi reported to court to close case . Moreover how HC gave relief the parents where lower court punished them for life imprisonment. However, the case is now SC let's see what will be the result.

I think parents were involved... because as a. Doctor they must know that crime scene must have to be preserved for evidence eventually they allowed the audience to come n have a look at dead body..... if they wanted to catch the murderer they must sealed the crime scene instantly....

Very very confusing case
Police didn't show professionalism in this case regarding collection of evidence but 1 thing is clear, though it's a theory without solid proofs, the parents have a definite direct or indirect connection with this murder.. The rooftop locked door from inside, forcing police to find hemraj, stopping them to go to the rooftop despite seeing bloodsports on the stairs n then unawareness of the parents regarding struggle between the so called murderers n the victims put so many question marks to this murder mystery....
