Had this recommended after checking out the recent release from Nemesis Sopor and i have to say, i didnt expect to find 2 German Black Metal Pearls like this. Thanks for sharing these amazing works and introducing us to new artist :)
And a special comment for all those who mentioned only programmed drums on this album. Honestly, no single thought "oh, drums are fake" visited my mind when I smoked a bong of high THK stuff, got stoned, turned light off... and just watched my personal oneiroid hallucinatory movie about 30 Years War. With epic battles, reiters, piquiers, arquebusers, halberdiers... thundering artillery, gunpowder smoke, and brutal slashing combat... burnt cities and villages... drunk debauchery of landsknechts... epic persons like Wallenstein... and what's essential, all that was in so clear and visible (yet so complex) mutual interrelation with metaphysics, netherworld and mystical surrealities. War suddenly was unveiled and revealed from new angle. Its panorama got an extension beyond our reality, to horrible dimensions where entities, demons and spectres dwell. ...and I didn't even notice that fcuking drum machine. The entire outcome is what really matters. In our case, it's a moody big sound that pumps sullen atmosphere of German Black Metal.
The album nearly missed my attention. And it would be a shame to miss out on that. "Drei Dezennien" - Three Decades... it's about Dreißigjähriger Krieg, a terrifying feast of murder, ravage, famine and plague? Times when mortals beheld the morbid glory of Albrecht von Wallenstein in ravenous rays of Mars?.. Say no more. Time to click Play. Albums like this are also raising morale, so they're highly recommended to listen here when each reservist must be ready to fulfill his military duty and fight for our Homeland. Although there is apparently no real drummer, of which I am annoyed as it ruins the unclouded ambience of this otherwise nearly perfect album, it is enjoyable. 6/10 as it is now probably 9.5/10 but with real drums instead. Especially the vocals hit the nerve.
Well can’t edit so it’s a really good idea good vocals , guitar is ok , bass is ok , drums need to be a real set with proper fills and it’s a solid model .
