Garnacho isn't great but the idea of Career mode is that you can develop these players into 90+ rated, it's not like UT when they have fixed ratings chosen by EA
As soon as he understands the new training system I think he’ll appreciate it. You can keep players sharp and fit now without having to do anything, it’s one thing he never did in any other career mode he always just skipped the training 😂 I quite like the change
@@lfcyeezusits actually very simple once you figure it out :) Let starting 11 on standard plan and increase focus +1 on plan for substitutes and reserves. Played a whole season with all players staying sharp and fit💪🏽

You wanna mess around with the sliders if you play on legendary, it's so unrealistic, keepers are crap and the CPU can score from anywhere, quite literally. Adjust sliders for a more realistic gameplay, I highly recommend

If you go on sim match and click the right analog in you can watch the match as manager. Full manager mode. First time they've ever added this
