The island!!! Huge! The coffered walls are to kill for! The herringbone types in the bathroom and kitchen! What?? You were dead on about the master closet finishes. Hi Arnav! It doesn't seem like there are any new construction homes with 3 full bathrooms in that price range, but there are plenty with 2.5 bathrooms (so technically 3 total bathrooms). Would that work for you?
While there are not any base floorplans that meet the criteria, it is possible that with some of these builders you might be able to change the half bathroom into a full bathroom and still stay within your budget. Is there a certain area that you are looking to be in?
The lowest price I am seeing on any new construction floorplan in the Olentangy School District is $374,900. That is for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with just over 1,500 square feet. Obviously that is the base floorplan, not including any options or upgrades. Are you open to any other areas or would you consider a re-sale home in the Olentangy School District?
Is that a detached home? Looks like there’s a white brick in front and green panel in back. Also I didn’t hear you mention a garage or square footage. I’d say 850k.
It is a detached home. The siding starts near the kitchen area and the garage is in the back of the home near the first floor half bathroom that is off of the kitchen. It is just over 2,800 square feet. I would have probably guessed the same price! But we are both a bit high. Want to try again? You will need to change the first number.
That sounds right. I'm in AZ and am looking to retire somewhere with more water and less heat. But that won't be for a bit. Looking all over at cities/states/countries I never would've thought of.@@LivingInColumbusOhio

For the price of the home this home looks small and cheap. It's not grand, it doesn't look inviting and it doenst have a front garage or a driveway either. Not my cup of tea.
Most of the homes in this neighborhood have the rear driveway and garage. Generally speaking, homes in this particular neighborhood also have a higher price per square foot than similar homes nearby. Are you thinking about moving to the Columbus Ohio area?
