FIVEM ROCKSTAR EDITOR MOTION BLUR TUTORIAL - NO E.V.E - 2 MINUTES OR LESS

Hello,
This video is a quick motion blur tutorial for those looking to enhance their videos specifically in FiveM (although it also works in the base game.)
Prior to this method, I used E.V.E or extended video export which automatically exported clips from the game with very nice blur. Now that the mod is no longer supported, this is an alternate option.
Details from the video:
We slow the clip down to 20% and record it.
100% (full speed) divided by 20% = 5 times slower. 100/20=5
If you record at 60FPS at 20% or 5 times slower, at full speed you now have 300FPS after you speed the clip back up.
60 at 20%. 300 at 100%.
60x5=300
Blend those frames together (5 frames blended into 1) and you make the blur.
