IPAS provider video

This video gives guidance to providers of International Protection Accommodation Centers (Direct Provision) on how to complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire and Quality Improvement Tool (SAQ) developed by HIQA.
The purpose of the SAQ is to support providers to assess their own service for compliance against National Standards, and to outline the actions they intend to bring about improvements in their service where necessary. The Self-Assessment Questionnaire and Quality Improvement Tool is beneficial in governing services to ensure they are safe and effective and continuously striving to improve.
