Hello ma'am.. Why my chocolates are not set even after keeping overnight in fridge. (I used 1/4th cup milk 100gm dark compound during melting process) & also what is it's shelf life?
Don’t add milk in chocolate…chocolate melt karte time milk ya water kuch bhi nahi add karna hai
