Thank you so much. I wonder if you could perhaps do a LL clearing for gut issues and allergies. Apart from the inability to say No as children/ or other lifetimes for whatever reason, I feel there is also a relationship with the gut ( and allergies) with having to stuff down our true selves/ feelings.. because of the inability to digest or process our environments and situations.🙏

Thank you! Interestingly, every time i listened to it, I got interrupted by an ad, which shocked me out of meditation. I realised that this in itself was a demonstration of external noise and interferences impacting my internal peace and balance. It can be tricky digesting this 3d world and I guess this demonstrates how diligent we need to be in how we respond in each and every moment.
