Hurricane Ian caused issues on Florida East Coast even after weakening to a Tropical Storm. St Augustine is experiencing Storm Surge equivalent to Hurricane Irma in 2017. Also areas along the area are getting winds up to 70 MPH. Emergency Crews had to shut down A1A due to roads not being passable. Kory Poggenpohl

Hmmm, Googling electric vehicles and whether they are safe in a flood zone. And thinking perhaps our focus should be on designing affordable vehicles that are rugged enough to handle multiple terrain, including water.

what is the average elevation of coastal Florida?
FEMA has flood maps with zones showing estimated risk based on elevation. The flood maps are used for evacuation planning.

The odds of this hurricane taking the same route has Charlie are in the millions . This might have something to do with Bermuda triangle or George Bush in Punta Gorda back 911 .
