      The rich people never go to jail haven’t you learned that by now. Also are you aware of certain laws especially in the United States that if you run a corporation and Toyota is a corporation if you run a corporation you have the right to not be held accountable for what the corporation does wrong. That’s how screwed up American laws are. The United States government separates your business incorporation from your individuality and they only punish the corporation while you possibly walk away. that’s another reason why I don’t understand why Donald Trump would even be going through all this legal stuff because it was done through his company not him. They are going after him and breaking the laws because the law clearly says that a corporation owner is not held accountable just a corporation you can look up what I’m talking about about corporation law .

    It's an old tradition.
    Japan has always had a habit of falsifying information, from top to bottom, and employees have the right to conceal it if they know about it.
    They are proud of concealing the truth to protect the interests of the company, and do not think that falsification is a shameful thing.
    This is the corporate culture of Japan.
    If you look up the falsification in Japan, you will find countless such cases.

    This is a prime example of bad journalism, where they are hiding important information. What really happened was that Japanese authorities required 1200 kg or so for the side impact crash test. What Toyota did is they used 800 kg heavier than the required weight by Japanese authorities and submitted the data to the authorities not saying this info. Now no company would purposefully spend more money to make their cars safer than required but I assume this move saved them money on R&D. US regulations on safety are much more strict than Japanese ones, and the extra 800 kgs aligns with the more strict US regulations. So by streamlining the process, making the testing process quicker, easier, and essentially cheaper, they are winning as well as customers who receive safer than required by the government cars. So these kinds of headlines that purposefully lead viewers into false believe just utterly boil my blood.

  • @Democracyhasbecomehypocrisy
    @Democracyhasbecomehypocrisy Před 3 měsíci

    I don’t care how they say reliability is so important safety also important. They did say that the current vehicles on the market are safe except for the ones that they were putting in production so I guess whatever new cars they were making was not tested. I guess Hyundai is a safe card too because it saved my aunts life in car accident. I hope her Honda is going to keep her safe because she went to buy a Honda after losing her Hyundai. I bought a Hyundai and a Honda both at 200,000 miles and they were crappy they were falling apart. I don’t care what anyone says about reliability. Just because the car starts and drives doesn’t make it reliable . I put money into a bunch of different things than that’s a problem.
    This is also a problem for USA Legislation in the United States
    For example, a corporation may enter contracts, sue and be sued, and be held liable under both civil and criminal law. Because the corporation is legally considered the "person", individual shareholders are not legally responsible for the corporation's debts and damages.

Not just a bar on the unbendable frame ends.
