Also if you have not heard anything about quantum mechanics, Schrödinger's cat is known by the most people, the cat that is dead and alive. With his thought experiment, sometimes described as a paradox, Erwin Schrödinger tried to bring the microscopic conception of the quantum world into an macroscopic environment. These kind of simultaneity for different conditions is used to build a quantum computer, which we will see in the next episode.
