I love using attention getters in the classroom! What attention getters can one use with teenagers? 13-year-olds are not very eager to do those "childish" moves...

We did a version of "bubble in your mouth" when I was in elementary school. We pretended we were fish but I quickly didn't like it.

"Clap twice" (clap twice)
Then stand silently until everyone quiets down.
If they don't, then "clap three times"
