    This is just an amazing demo...I am starting a job on Dynamics CRM and I needed a starting point before I go to all the technical stuff. Good job.

    Only ever used Sales Force. Moving to a place using D365. I'm sure it gets smooth after a bit of use but it looks a lot more clunky and less clean than my SF experience would indicate.

    Could you do a video omnichannel set up and deepen configure to voice call center set up/configure how to use like only puttons 123456 or also voicebot automation when customer calling and need to maybe transfer to other skill agent like finance, or support or customer service agent or do you have tip where i find that whole tutorial? Thank you

      Sounds like a good topic. Will keep that in mind, but will have to wait to see if next waves make any enhancements that can further make this easier out of the box:)
