Odell & Jarvis were the first 2 teammates in the history of the SEC to have over 1K receiving yards in the same season. As a matter of fact, it was the 1st offense in the history of the SEC that had two 1,000 yard WR’s, a 1,000 yard RB & a 3,000 yard QB all in the same season !!!
That was the 1 year during that time that LSU’s defense was that great. Had they had a little better defense they probably would’ve won it all in 2013. That LSU team beat the piss out of the Auburn team that loss the BCS national championship game to Florida St. Florida St. didn’t get their 1st lead in that BCS championship game until there was only 12 seconds left in the game, yet LSU beat the piss out of Auburn that same year !!!

You cannot blame them that much for missing on 3 star players. Just because they went elsewhere and played well.
Tennessee got bogged down with Guarantano who was a higher rated recruit than Jalen Hurts was coming out in 2016. Guarantano was the third ranked Dual threat QB by Rivals and did possess a great skill set but he never became great. Florida had the same problem with Jeff Driskol an even higher rated recruit. They keep waiting for greatness that never came.

You don’t see his arm talent every day and I really hope he can pull through and turn his career around (I see him more of a Josh Allen than I do a Cam Newton type player). You know, I feel bad for the great state of Tennessee. Such a beautiful state with some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet in your entire life, yet they have to put up with mediocrity from their blue blood program and down right disgraceful performances from the team in music city. It really does suck. Now, I'm no volunteers fan and I'm certainly no Vandy fan (Go Dawgs), but the state of Tennessee deserves better in college football. However, their pro teams (at in Nashville), make up for their college counterparts mediocrity. The Preds are usually pretty good and the Titans are on the rise as of the last few years, so at least they show up in Pro Sports. However, in the South, College Football is number 1 over anything else. So as long as they aren't playing my Bulldogs, I wouldn't mind seeing those two teams do well. Lord knows Tennessee and Vandy fans been through enough, and I'm not making a joke by saying that either. I love visiting the state of Tennessee, and the great people I've met and talked to while visiting deserve to see a good team play on Saturdays in the Fall.

Exactly. Also, the coaching has been so bad before CJH, what guarantee is there any of these QB's ever would have won much? Milton is the on-going science project but Hooker and I think Bailey will be the producers, along with Tayven Jackson.

I'd put KJ Jefferson at a very close 4th behind Hooker. But Hooker is DEFINITELY among the top of a QB heavy SEC.

TN did not miss out on any of these because the football scheme has been a bust of HC hires over the last 17 years. Fulmer football is what curse TN as well. Most likely, none of these QB's would have amounted to much at TN under the system TN has ran. The first offensively minded coach TN has really ever hired was CJH. We've had some good offenses sure but nothing like the system CJH is using and a result, we are hitting new territory gaming like scores and stats. This is no coincidence..
