I would do it all over again! Now I am 61 and teach. When I get home and get out of the car after teaching I feel about 100 years old, creaky and stiff. But I can't stop myself from using my body to demonstrate for my students - at least to convey the FEELING of the movements because I sure can't manage the technique anymore.

So is ballet more good or bad for the body when you get older after being professional?

Ballet is good for the body. Anything difficult comes with aches and pains
