Hello Rahila 😊. How are you my friend? I have been ill so haven’t been on for a while. I will slowly catch us. It’s been a couple of rough months health-wise for me. In addition, after 32 years teaching, I had to give it up. I loved teaching and I love my students but my health comes first. God blessed me with a wonderful job. My Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease is systemic which means that it is more than arthritis. It has affected my body joints, heart, lungs, eyes, digestive system, and skin. Mainly, my joints so I cannot stand long, walk long distances, or use my hands for long periods of time. It is so nice to be back and so nice to see your videos again. Your channel is very tranquil and relaxing to watch. Your recipes always look delicious. Thank you for sharing your ordinary days and your family.
