here’s actually why it may have been free! if you watch toca POV’s you’d know that Coco and her friends want to go to voxella, so for the fans, toca may have added it for free to the game! as for the other 4 locations that we got for free, they’re probably just free for marketing strategies! :)

@@its_hope_the.bubble yes because I bought both the aquarium pack, and voxella and if they come out with more that too! ☺️it is probably because in my opinion they are going downhill fast and I just get bored with it now so they are making it free so more and more ppl will play it and they might buy there packs forgetting that a LOT of ppl bought the packs and they just lost a lot of money by doing that because they need to stop giving packs out for free or give back the money! 🙂

For those who are saying that you need a refund since you “bought” that Waterfront, Voxella and the Robo cafe, when you buy a place in vox valley,busy plaza and ok street, you get those places for free. For example: I am buying the watermelon wave club I also get Voxella. Correct me if I’m wrong. Sorry if you actually bought it but this is what I think

Guys, you wont get a refund because the money has already been used for other things like paying the developers. You guys got earlier access to the locations before anybody else did. Like the voxella festival was paid access for a whole year, the other buildings are also older. I don’t think anyone expected toca boca to release these locations as free so it’s not your fault but demanding for refunds is a very slim chance as they obviously re-use the money they earn to make the game better.
