I suffer with anxiety and was having a anxiety attack turned this on and layed down. The way my anxiety started to crawl out of my heart was insane. i just had my first baby and live with my in-laws who make me feel like I’m not a good mother even though my baby is meeting all of her milestones. I sobbed while I listed to this and somehow I feel my heart feeling lighter.
My real mom has made me feel like this for four years now! Find your own place to live asap if you can in my opinion or meditate and grow stronger against their thoughts of you.. but I send you love and light❤

I fell asleep to this and dreamed my little brother's funeral in a different way than the actual. It was a year ago today and this video triggered it in my dream state in a healing way. It was eventful but not sad, no grieving. His casket was white and full of white flowers. I am not healed from my little brother, it's the wound that keeps me connected to him. I miss him so much. I hope it's True that we will see our loved ones again one day. For now my dreams keep me company with him. This was beautiful to my soul. Thank you 🤍

I love this one. My mind rebels at first. It is a slow pace. Then my mind slows, settles in and absorbs the energy of pace.
