ingredients for ginger garlic paste:-
.800 gm garlic
.400 gm ginger
.50 ml oil
water
ingredients for garam masala powder:-
.30 gm whole coriander
.30 gm cumin seeds
.20 gm black pepper whole
4 kashmiri mirch whole
.15 gm green cardamom
.15 gm cloves
.25 gm black cardamom
3-4 bay leaf
.05 gm javitri
2 star Anis
1 nutmeg
.15 gm cinemon stick
1 tsp cooking saunf
1 tsp salt

I make my ginger and garlic paste and store in a freezer. It lasts more than 6 months. I put salt in my paste , instead of oil and I don’t put water . It works good too.
