My opinion, One couple has sold their souls to the University.
How can the Mrs Chapin think bringing down the house is healing to the kids go to a college that their brother was killed need justice

I can see both sides however, I think the house being tore down before the conclusion of the trial. I feel the college and law enforcement are not being truthful at all. I think there are more people involved and they are being shielded. I signed a petition not to take the house down long ago.

I think it's obvious to everyone that the fact they want the house demolished before the trial is to cover up whatever evidence there has to be at the house. I can't believe they're going to just do it anyway and don't care what the families think. I do hope however (as it looks like it's happening) that it doesn't mean those 4 beautiful kids won't get justice? I want every single person that was involved to go down for whatever part they played. They can't just get away with it!! Thank you Ashley, you're amazing.

I 100% agree with Steve. I mean anything can come out during the trial and they may need to access the house again. That’s just common sense. I don’t understand why others don’t see this. I realize some evil ones need it gone but the families should understand and want it to remain until after the trial.
I can't find another case where a suspect is awaiting trial and evidence is torn down. It is so sus.

Not sure why Ethan's mom would want her kids to continue to go to that school after all that has taken place. How are they really supposed to heal being in that environment? Seriously, talk about being in denial. That fraternity is so suspect to me and that school seems like they are just trying to sweep everything under the rug.
I can see Bryan being involved in this murder, but I find it hard to believe he wasn't tipped off by others, and likely didn't even committ the murders himself. Planner, driver maybe? Its so obvious something is being hidden and I don't think its justice if they aren't all held accountable.

No, He doesn't have standing, has no interest in the King Road property to assert, and no legal right to force the university or law enforcement to do anything concerning the property. (there's no law requiring the house to be maintained until trial), and he can't prove irreparable harm -both parties have had access to obtain the evidence they need, both have signed off and Judge signed Order Releasing the house in February

The triplets are aware of everything going on in the case in all honesty I think that the chapin family has no interest in the trial or the house getting demolished not because they are putting everything behind them and moving forward for the other 2 kid's!!! As they say but because they already know exactly what happened and not the story they have put out there for the world to hear but the true reason why this crime happened and who was involved with Brian. That's why they are able to move on and don't care what happens to the house they still have one lad in sigma chi to protect 😢

If you stay in anger and sadness, it isn’t good for you. It least that is how I feel and what I see with them. I speak from experience of losing someone in a violent way.

I’ve always felt Steve has been privy to information or footage about this case. I absolutely knew he would be vocal about the demolition of the house. If both sides want it down, there’s a huge secret they are protecting and don’t want revealed. The tunnels. I’m sure every student that has gone or is there now, know about those tunnels. I do wonder who they are trying to protect and the person they’re associated with. There are so many involved, those tunnels can open Pandora’s box. @@trailer_trash_Barbie ATF, local and state are investigating. The fire happened at the bottom of the stairs at the foyer so no one could exit. Also neighbors tried to grab ladders to get the children out and no screams or cries could be heard. How tragic!
The children were from ages 2-13. 4 were siblings and one was a child related to the rest.

The tunnel goes from like a closet in the house, then goes down into the large tunnels below the university. I think drug running was going on there. The signal probably came from the Idaho water tower on the hill, directly in line with the house.
I'd think if this is true, then tearing down the house would expose said tunnels. Why would defense want them exposed? Not sure if I believe tunnel theory but it is interesting.

I think it’s understandable, Stacey Chapin and Steve G both are truly just loving parent’s and trying to do their best to handle the pain and suffering as well as what’s best for thier kids both the ones still with them and the children they lost. I can’t say what I would do… but I know a lot of comments say they don’t understand the siblings being there or their families position. But, what I think is quite opposite… the remaining two of Ethan’s siblings still wanting to attend college there, imo only- is thier way of staying to find answers or get information on EXACTLY WHO AND WHY… just saying maybe they are portraying themselves as moving on so they can get info and hear what they can about what all took place. I don't think the house was necessarily demolished because of the ID4 unalivings. IMO, this crime has led to the revalation of other criminal activities by other players, possibly from other times, but all link back to this very porous 1122 house. IMO, LE is probably under the thumb of the university. Moscow, like many other towns, seems to have a drug problem. I believe it's about money and protecting reputations of not only frats/sor students, but also power figures of Moscow. All my opinion, no facts, illedgedly speaking only...and all that jazz. lol
