My kestone 3 pro arrived today but I get an Invalid QR code error whenever I try to scan Bitcoin QR codes. My firmware is Bitcoin-only. Is there a way to fix it?

Hey cryptodad, is nunchuck your preferred software wallet to use with the keystone? Ive got the multi coin version connected to metamask, but dont own any bitcoin at the moment, but want to set it up so I have custody of my bitcoin when I have some.
Blue Wallet and Nunchuk are both lovely choice for mobile version. I would recommend testing both and choose the one you like:)

What happens if you send bitcoin to the keystone without a micro sd card? Is it lost forever?
Do you lose access to the BTC currently on the Keystone when you update it? I didn't notice an option to recover.
Wouldn’t be much of a wallet if you lost access to your bitcoin by running an update. The answer is no. However nothing is 100% which is why you always make sure you have your seed phrase handy in case something goes wrong. But normally this is a simple operation.
I went to the Keystone website and put a Keystone 3 Pro in my cart and underneath it, it said BTC Only Firmware...Does that mean that the Keystone 3 they would send me is for BTC only ? Or do I have to option of changing it to multichain later ?
Yea I noticed that. I’ve found out it’s a sale countdown for the bitcoin only release firmware. you can choose multi or bitcoin only when you get the wallet. I have a few keystones love em

is it airgap only or can you use a usb-c ?
It's both available and you can choose which method you prefer depending on your personal needs.
If I upgrade firmware and the keystone already has BTC in it, is there a risk of losing my BTC. I only gave BTC in my keystone wallet. I have been wanting to change to BTC only but I’m scared to lose my BTC. Let me know please. Thank you
Hey @aga2279, move to Bitcoin-only firmware does not cause any risk because it does not change your seed phrase, so your BTC is safe:)
