There's no problem, kids can eat it as well. I 've been eating this stuff since I was two. The alcohol simply evaporates and the wine just gives flavor to the dish.
Italians will be like this is a sin chicken and pasta doesn't go together.

In India restaurants serve pasta with chicken i thought that was because both pork and beef are prohibited by major religions but as u said italian Americans do put chicken now it makes sense
@@gokultg6989 Oh I see. No, no such prohibitions about meats with pasta for Italians or Greeks or anyone else I'm aware of, except if someone is muslim or Hindu. There are many meat-with-pasta dishes in Italian and Greek cuisines. Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish, etc.
Don’t think the flabby skin in a chicken braise is at all texturally pleasant - nor is breast meat which tends to inevitably dry-out when cooking in the aforementioned braise. The sauce sounds lovely - deffo traditional Greek casserole spices. Could be viewed as a Greek style Coq Au Vin - looks lovely
