Overall this is a great hotel, situated on the beautiful Playa De Muro beach with it's golden sand and crystal clear waters.
The resort itself is impeccably clean. Staff are friendly, attentive and work tirelessly to maintain the hotels high standards.
The variety and quality of the food, from breakfast right through to dinner, was great. From delectable local cuisine to international dishes,
there was something to satisfy everyone. Breakfast and dinner were served at the Tramuntana restaurant (buffet) and lunch served on the
al fresco terrace, Dunas restaurant. The BBQ meats here were fantastic!! There is also a food truck located at the children's Dome pool which caters
for snacks that is open from lunch to late afternoon, perfect for kids and if you want to stay by the pool. There is also an A la carte
restaurant called Gust but this not included in the All Inclusive option.
The rooms were adequate but definitely a bit on the small side. It had enough room for a comfortable bed (two singles pushed together), a chair which converted into
a pull out bed and just enough space to hang/put away clothes in the wardrobe/drawers. The cases has to go under the bed/bathroom sink. The bathroom felt part of the room as there was
no door to separate and consisted of a long vanity unit with twin taps, toilet and shower...you'll be pleased to know these both had doors on, albeit frosted glass!
The shower had good pressure and the hot water worked like a charm!
Entertainment...during the day, there were tons of activities to keep you entertained. Whether you're into sports or just looking to have some fun, there was always something going on.
If you're travelling with little ones, there are mini clubs available to keep them busy and in the afternoon a mini disco. In the evening you can sit back and relax with a drink
and watch the shows, from live music and acrobatics to an impressive magician, there was something for everyone.
We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel, creating lots of lasting happy memories. Would definitely recommend for families young and old.
