I know that sounds like just a normal thing but idk how many times I've had to help jump someone off after a really cold night (I live in the mountains) and their battery was dead as a door nail.

I use 1gal water bottles to freeze into ice. Keeps longer and nothing gets wet. Also, ice cold drinking water later!

Decent footwear, guys. Prob not such an issue where you guys are camping in an arid climate, but here in England, if your feet get wet or your shoes rub, it makes wild camping a misery.

Good video. I love camping with my friends here in Alabama. I'd say you could fit a good heater. I have a coleman propane flameless tent heater that's safe for indoor use. Heats up my poptop bus really good.

#1 -good weather, which is a difficult to find in the NE Scotland!! Nothing worse than being too cold or damp right before bedtime and always bring spare clothing for when it's dreich (don't forget a towel for the pooch too!).

Enjoyed the "entrenching tool" instructions. Stay down wind of your friends. Good stove is a Blackstone...always cook outside. Burned interiors are not cool. Good stuff guys.
