I don't understand why the point n° 11 and 12 are not simultaneous attack, for me they are equal to the previous simultaneous attacks. In the priority minute, I think Pustilnik starts first, am I wrong?

No idea tbh! all narrow calls I would say but the ref did go to check the video and ask the video ref
