Sir, thanks for the beautiful explanation, but S.313(4) could not be made clear. Whether "consideration" in that sub-section, refers to use of the accused statement as corroborative evidence only, and not as a substantive piece of evidence ? If yes, then your specific words that, the accused statement can only be CONSIDERED in the Inquiry and Trial undergoing, but not as evidence, and the same can be used AS EVIDENCE in any other Inquiry or trial, appears to be confusing, especially when Corroborating evidence is undoubtedly a piece of evidence. Can the confusion be made clear ?!!!!
