Serbia underrated? Are you for real?! Seriously?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Serbia (with/without) Montenegro only competed 9 times (of about 40 entries per year) and and they already won in 2007 with the first non-English lyrics song winner since 1998!
They only failed to qualify 2 times (78% qualify rate) in the semi-finals and their worst EVER in final was fucking 14th!
For comparison: (+qualification rates in past 9 to 11 years)
Portugal competed 45 times and their best placing was 6th (33% qualify rate!).
Cyprus competed 29 times and their best placing was 5th (40% qualify rate).
Slovenia competed 18 times with best placing was 7th and an impressive only 20% qualify rate.
Croatia competed 19 times and their best placing was 4th (50% qualify rate).
Iceland (70%) and Malta (60%) both competed 24 times with best placing 2nd.
Then there's a shitload of other countries that also never won or did way more poorly than Serbia in the last decade.
A country more overrated than Serbia is Azerbaijan that only competed 6 times, won, has 100% qualification rate and their worst placing ever was 8th.
No one can underrate Serbia. I have always love their song
even we(Turkey) cant get point from them. I think, it is a song contest and non-country mustn't underrated.

Nope, Serbia is not underrated at all. Even if it deserves good results for good performance, this is the scenario:
They sent three great (winning potential) songs: Molitva, Lane Moje and this one.
Molitva fucking won, so no complaints allowed by default;
Lane Moje came second to Ruslana who is one of the greatest ESC winners ever, anyway;
and lastly this song was beaten by much more modern and refreshing Loreen who is also one of the better victors in recent past, so no complaints allowed here either.
Serbia has absolutely nothing to complain about, ... Željko on the other hand... oh bad luck competing against Ruslana and Loreen, if he competed in 2001, 2011 or 2008, i.e. against the lamer winners, than he would probably win, but that's not being underrated, that's just bad luck.
This year Serbia don't go to Eurovision because we don't have a money. And look some gay from Austria won Eurovision with stupid song...
