Soy sauce is already salty so dont put too much magic sarap.
There are many versions of adobo, but the original adobo is just vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and onion ( but some garlic only) and a little sugar.

You can't go wrong when you cook chicken adobo, as long as you have the right ingredients. Some people even just put everything in the pot and boil the chicken until the sauce is reduced to almost nothing. Preferably cooked for at least 45 minutes to an hour to cook the chicken properly. Hmmn yummy.

#Other version of adobo
Marinate chicken in
*Calamansi
*black pepper
*Chicken cubes
*Soy sauce
*small amount of brown sugar
*Minced garlic
*onion
All ingredients are estimated,its depend on you .😅
Mix All of them to chicken,use your hand with gloves,set aside for 1 hour,add soy sauce if un salty
then.
prepare the ¼ cup of minced Garlic
Heat the Frying pan put oil then put the garlic and bay leaves fry them together,if the Garlic become brown,put all the marinated chicken,mix them well,cover them ,cook them with low fire, don't add water,then if the checken already cooked ,Add 1 bowl of Bell pepper green and red.stir for 1 min then off the fire,
its better if bell pepper is still crunchy.

Well yes pan frying is ok to brown the chicken then add the marinated sauce and cover it to cook and check turn/mix then check until the sauce thicken and chicken is fully cook! Serve and enjoy with your rice!

Next time you cook Chicken Adobo, you can add CALAMANSI, it can add another flavor to the Chicken Adobo. 😊
Another thing, the way my mother cook Chicken Adobo, she just mix all the ingredients including the chicken in one pan then let it cook for about 45mins. Less time 😅 but yummy 😋

I suggest marinating it overnight and using a gallon size freezer bag . To prevent teary-eyed from cutting onion, use a fan to blow away the gas that onion is released.❤❤❤
