I never understood the point of these boxers bragging about what's "almost" happened while sparring or in an actual match. People talk Like Devin acts like he's unbeatable or something. Devin knows that the outcome of any match can change in a second. The bottom line is that I would want to brag about winning, not about what I "almost" did. It's not a good look if you ask me.
Most high level boxers never actually spar each other and when it's guys from different gyms its usually an automatic fight in the " sparring"

A fight between Haney and Tank can happen soon... Haney fights in October then will probably fight Loma in Jan-March. He could fight Tank Summer/Fall of next year. Easily but I doubt that will happen... Showtime/Mayweather will probably try to sell a wack fight like Tank/Romero 2.
Doubt it will ever happen, not with Haney’s still on top form. I’m a fan of Tank but resigning with Mayweather to me suggests the direction his career is going continue to go, his goal is to make money not be the best.
