Just to clarify - I'm not Shimo, only advertising for his twitch stream. If you're asking for my PC, I'm using an i7-8700 @ 3.2 GHz 16 GB with an NVIDIA GTX 1080. Works pretty well for Elsword at least. If you're interested in Shimo's PC though, you'll have to pop up in one of his streams and ask him

What do you mean with "Burst at lasers"?
Can you User every skill, eventhought it's blocked?
Because iirc using blocked skills will result in a Team wipe

So during his laser, he is locked into his animation and cannot do his howl until after he fires both lasers. If you can somehow do enough burst damage to lower his HP below the ban threshold you can stop bypass that ban. Not recommended to do unless you have a really geared party and can afford the consequences of getting hit by the howl if you fail though.

@@blazingkite8983 Ah yes, that's because in phase 2, Berthe's i-frames can client side for some reason. On the host's screen (I was not hosting this run), the attacks will be going through so it's better to just keep attacking

GoE provides +15% damage increase when awakened so i switch to that first and onion to proc awk, then switch back to TSS for my damage title. This is a pretty old video now so I do GoE into Night Parade into Black and White now but you basically wanna swap titles to get the GoE effect, Night Parade reset, and then your damage title

Currently, the meta is using GoE, awaken, then switching to TSS to get the buff from GoE and using TSS for raw power. GoE has a CD of 60s, so you see me switching back to it about every minute and then applying an onion/apple to get the buff as much as possible.
