did you notice that in every chaotic situation that happened in dreamcatcher daily activities, there's always Jiu to the rescue...
*what i admire about jiu is that she has that mother like mentality, she knows every strength and weakness of every member, she's strict,considerate yet she can be goofy and act like a best friend to the other girls..she's and UNDERRATED LEADER in kpop 💜*
One of the main reasons why Dreamcatcher is succeeding in such a competitive industry is because of JiU's leadership. She's encouraging, goal directed and considerate of her members. She knows when to push and to pullback. She's the type of person to let her members have first pick in something and she'll have what's left type. She manages relationships within the group and balances them out,
The strongest trait she has as the leader is making all her members feel important and wanted for the group to succeed. One example is Handong returning to Dreamcatcher. When she left a lot of InSomnia were terrified at the possibility she won't return to the group and rightly so as we have seen in WJSN wherein the Chinese members "left" the group to do activities in China they never came back. Handong had some success in China and she could've just stayed in China to build her fanbase there. However she came back and she would've comeback sooner if it weren't for that. I think this is a testament to how close Dreamcatcher and how great a leader JiU is.
you made me remember dongie's post for jiu's bday last year, "my dear leader, I miss you lots, wait for me a bit longer" 💔 and when she came back she said being with the members made her feel safe and less lonely when promoting and jiu said "unnie will always be by your side" 💗 best leader fr!

As an ujung I agree. We really miss Chengxiao, Meiqi and Xuanyi..it's been 2 years a half and they didn't come back. I was hoping they could comeback with WJSN this unnatural era but I guess I put too much hope
Well said. Jiu is special. She has confidence in herself first which is very inspiring. In the early days she is so good at promoting DC even in the streets. She loves her members and they love her. It’s clear even the staff around them love the members especially Jiu. I’m so proud of what they have accomplished and expect more to come❤️

During the recent online concert, Handong and the members are crying when Handong's parents' message is playing.
Then JiU become the speed, and rushes to get tissues for the members.
The only leader who is better than JiU is the JiU tomorrow, because she just keep getting better.
I love how when they're working they listen to her but when playing games/chilling they become deaf
The most recent event that comes to mind is the Crossroads: Utopia concert. When Handong was crying when she heard her parents’ messages JiU was so quick to get the tissues, not only for Handong but for all the members. You can also see JiU comforting Dongie even as she herself was crying. The amount of admiration I have for her 📈📈📈

This is probably been mentioned before. Most leaders in groups tend to be the parent, but for Jiu she's more like the big sister. Regardless of how you see it Jiu works hard to keep these wonderful ladies going forward :')
