I love how you get fully immersed into the world they introduce as you progress further into the story and feel like you’re part of the world.The interaction between the characters you travel along with and slowly get to know them better with time.. Makes me want to explore more and hang out with them but everything has an ending,a happy one that is.I wish I could experience the adrenaline like the first time I played the game.I wish I could erase my memories and relief those moments again. Nonetheless a solid 10/10 game
Just recently got to the 2nd openign for tales of arise. When this started playing. It really hit it off with the characters. It just matched. What an amazing song.
Probably one of the most satisfying endings in a tales game. The moment they kiss was like the biggest sigh of relief and sadness because I knew it truly was the end.
I usually find myself wanting to know what happens next, how do they fix this, can they even heal all that was broken, how would the world evolve, etc. But, after seeing all they had gone through, I was instead left with the feeling, that they'll figure out whatever issues they have, I have faith in that!

Discovered yesterday that if you let it sit at the title screen for a bit after playing this opening, it'll then play the "Hibana" opening. Really dig both openings.

That Insert Disc 2 feeling made me the most pumped id ever been in a video game. I literally clapped in my bedroom because of how well done it was. 👏👏👏👏

Its so sad that there isnt a official full song of the tales of version. Man those cutscenes remembered me how much I love the characters in tales games. Best game 2021 and top 3 best JRPGs for me...I even finished platin trophy recently.
Yes, it's unfortunate we don't have full version of the songs and I agree, arise is the best game from tales series so far, that graphics upgrade contributed a lot for it success. Looking forward for the next tale game.
I'm so happy I played this game. I played soo many tales games in the past since PS1 (Destiny, Eternia, abyss, vesperia zestiria beseria, etc) but this is downright the best Tales games I played! I did like vesperia and berseria more though with regards to combat mechanics but the story in Arise is legit "Tier Heaven". And I hate youtubers that gave awful reviews for this game, youtubers who obviously prefers to play hardcore gaming like Eldin Ring and Dark souls then playing this game and flaming it for it having "a lot" of dialogues. Duh!, Tales games has always been dialogues after dialogues'! . . .The feeling I felt in the moment this soundtrack plays, is the about the same heavenly feeling I felt when I arrived at Amusement Park in Nier Automata.. Such Godly games.
Yeah, they really did a great job with Arise. I was so happy to see Tales getting so much attention again, it felt like there was a slight downtrend in its popularity after zestiria. And yeah, it really sucks that some reviewers don't take into account the type of game a game is when they're reviewing it and judge it by bs standards that are completely removed from what the game was trying to be in the first place. Gotta say though, I personally like berseria the most, I just loved the dynamic of the group a lot and enjoyed every moment of it.

Typical of Tales games, really. You get to what seems like it would be an epic final battle and then learn that you're not done yet, the game's only halfway over. I knew there was more coming when I got to Volrhan. Now for me to do the back half of the game, where the easy part of it is now done.

I understand that budget and time restraints has made this one of the shorter Tales of games, however I do wish the games would keep their length around the same level of Abyss or Vesperia. It makes the character development and attachment richer. I’m sure the sidequests help with that, but I think the length that Symphonia, Abyss and Vesperia had to their core lore made it flesh out more and made the story richer. This was a beautiful game nonetheless; Tales of Arise very may well be the foundation for the future of the Tales of series and i’m excited to see it.
Ufotable is busy with Demon Slayer season 3, movie adaptation of Mahoyo and movie adaptation of Touken Ranbu. Plus Hikaru Kondo is now in prison for 18 months and suspended from ufotable in 3 years after tax investigations. A studio wihout their founder and owner can't pick up new projects outside of Aniplex. And Tomizawa doesn't want any other studio to make anime adaptation of Tales of Arise. They got Sunrise and Bandai Namco Pictures but they are not up for the task.
I felt a little mislead when I got the second opening and dohalim says 'its just the beginning' it felt like all I played was just the intro or something. But there was only like 2 dungeons after that :(
I thought I was at the end like everyone else. Thought the second opening was showing the events that they went through and the game would go near the end but nope you still got a whole second half left.
I think tales of ARIS is best of series. Of couce,battle mode and story are very fun ,however I like character's appearance have change in the story. it is so polite this game.

I got to say u did something that no one could ever do to this opening just one thing thing that I have to point out the video was good but the song was not in sync with video i don't mean to say anything bad but it felt off it was alright but you did a good job u should probably work on the timing with song and the video
i love tales series and i gotta say this tales is the best version of all tales combine. the story, game system, gameplay, BATTLEPLAY is the most enjoyable, a bit of romance drama, graphic, music. its the best

Abyss has the best plot and character development for me, Arise story felt short after defeating the 5 lords

Tales of arise blew me away. Easily worth standing side by side with tales of symphonia and vesperia. Best story, gameplay and graphics in the series.
I've played vesperia, it was the first ever tales game I played, any other tales games that are just as good and are not 8-bit migranes
