I’d want the place across the way with that great patio. You call that a kitchen?

    Wonderful!
By the way, the 1600s is the 17th century.

Too modern for me. Why bother living in a 600 year old property that looks like something you would see in Chicago or LA?

Those low ceilings of the kitchen area will get nasty pretty soon. There is no vent over the stove 😅

In all fairness, that is a tea kitchen (in the American sense) and all dinners are at local restaurants...not a complaint.

Actually, in America that is a kitchenette. Today's typical American doesn't "do" "tea", that's rather a British custom.

Nice space! I don't like the kitchen or the space/room above it. I am not sure I would enjoy opening the window because the water looks like sewage. Sorry not for me, but the whole space is nice.

Whar a crime to take an old property and strip it from all it's character, funny though, that someone who likes living in a magnificent place like Venice, desides to take all the details that makes the house unique, and turn it into another flat that could be in any industrial city in the world....pity...Now, If one takes the unit from it's location and history, then, the flat is very nice though...

I so agree! If I live in a 16th century building it's because I want to be immersed in the essence of the building and the era, not in a sterile high rise flat. I want the stone work, the beams, terra cotta and tiles, and a bit of the original building. But WOW, what a view! That it does have ! I actually was bummed as soon as I saw the stainless steel doors of the elevator, because I was afraid it had been squared off and modernized, and I was right. I'll keep looking at the farmhouse type properties... but again, WOW what a view!
