Love your new nails! Speaking of the last part of the video, I would personally not trust anyone on the internet who would offer me a free medical intervention. Maybe if you go there in person if there is a public clinic, to document first or something but if you are not sure yet if you want to do it then maybe wait for a little more or research other clinics. They work magic overnight ☺️ Concerning the last part of the video: I see it exactly like you, everyone has the right to decide for themselves. Personally, I wouldn’t go to a plastic surgery clinic and pay Lot of money for a surgery that they do for free to any influencer/instagrammer/celebrity. Of course they are going to say the surgeon is fantastic even if he is not, bcz they got the surgery for free. For me is not a trustable opinion
