I love how for most of the game they're playing against a madman doom-dropping mines, and then the vipers come out and suddenly the madman has maru splits
The biggest widow mine hit on mutas i ever had was 56 mutas in a 4v4 it was a beautiful disgusting mess. I still have that on video lol

When workers mine they don't collide with other units. Also, only one worker can mine at a patch. So 2 workers per patch are ideal. One worker mines one travels (on the far away patches you can go to three)
The Zerg had way too many workers at that base (about 30) on only 4 minerals (which can only support 8 workers) so the workers were stacking up waiting for their turn to mine.

@@flashtron also you'll hear players and/or commentators often refer to workers moving through units because they were clicked on minerals as "mineral walking".
it's also them going into 'neutral' after leaving game. they all stop mining and unstack. In this case a lot of them were stacked as explained.

I'm like way older than you... but I'm noticing a similarity, my family had a gaming store in Southern California with the first "Doom Room"... a network of IPX networked computers playing DOOM2 before broadband internet... and I used to challenge everyone 3v1 because I could beat everyone I knew... after a few years we grew to like 2 dozen computers and it was common to play quake 7v1, or Command & Conquer 2 7v1, or like Age of Empires 2 7v1... where at first I was fighting for my life against all my friends, but after awhile I just figured out how to stomp everyone in style... giggles uThermal... I think you're that good too
If i had to do it again... I wish i'd taught them everything I knew in order to make us all tougher opponents, in order they'd challenge me and improve my skills, and I'd challenge them and watch all my friends flourish... what happened was just me showing how much better i was than everyone else, where i wish i would've been a center or learning
This may sound like a weird question... but do you have the problem that competitive people with a gift for video games have, where you've learned to play poorly when introduced to a new video game one night, lest you seem like a boastful jerk if you don't show everyone you can surpass their months of skill immediately? But you like have to learn how to let them win correctly lest they realize they know you're letting them win? You strike me as that good

I think that's a bad idea then people won't want to ever watch the whole video and that would hurt uthermals channel and I also agree that it would spoil how the games are going to go if he added chapter marks. I often find myself watching uthermals videos in chunks if it's too long for one sitting just pause it in-between matches

Sometimes UThermal drops a load of mines and goes back to macro. I can't do that !... I have to stay on them, stick around just to see them fire. Can't evacuate mines either as my mines are weak and die before they can can into medivacs.
Well the mines will fire anyway if you watch them or not. Sometimes by microing you do less damage than letting them shoot by themselves due to unpredictable movements. The time u spend watching them, you lose out on the macro aspect.
I try this, but every game in the ladder is a Toss doing 4 gate blink I cant beat as Terran. So sick and tired of the 4 gate blink...............
