ADEMS GMT-II - MACHINE FOR SHARPENING OF NAIL, PEDICURE AND MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS

Drawing on expertise of sharpeners our Company has developed ADEMS GMT-II machine. It is a machine for sharpening of nail, pedicure and medical instruments (nippers, forceps, pushers, tweezers, scissors, etc.). Professional machine gives an opportunity to deal with routine and ambitious challenges in satisfaction of growing demand for professional sharpening. Nail instrument’ angle fixturing in a handling device is ADEMS GMT-II machine specialty. It excludes mistakes, advances level of sharpening skills and is a valid argument for selection of sharpening machine for a workshop. Smooth adjustment of motor position with gearing mechanism adapts abrasive wheels angle for sharpening of nail instrument. Sharpening of nail nippers having cutting edge of 10-20 mm became possible due to the adjustment. Dismountable handling device holder makes intermediate sharpening control comfortable. Replacement of abrasive material takes five seconds and no run-out appears.
