He raised 7 children (with help from my maternal grandmother) I'm the youngest of the 7 and I am 58. He raised use yard style and I adored him! Your parents are blessed people. Around 44:19, both daughters said “mmmhmm” 🤤 at the same time. Absolutely nice! My dad is ill right now so I take comfort in watching yall cook with one another ❤. Keep it up Deddys Kitchen.
This dish was so mouth watering to watch; wish I could reach through the camera and taste it. I have tried so many of the dishes cooked on Deddy’s vlog and they all turned out to be very good! Liked the vibe between daughters and their dad, especially the part where Deddy jokingly told Sasha that he was the one cooking😅.

Empty the frying pan into the basin/pudding pan and mix add milk or little hot water this is where he need the pasta water that he threw out ❤

That’s the only hint to add for you. A little pasta water after the time of the pasta is done. And no rinsing the pasta. But hey! I would love your recipe any day all day!!! ❤

Who have enough coconut water abroad to cook pasts sometimes the coconut we buy is no good and the coconut water in the stores don't know if they can take heat
You could've Put everything in the pot that you boiled your noodles in then mixed it properly put it in your casserole to bake...i cook also make pasta dishes all the time 🇧🇧
Suggestion : Try a bread crumb or cracker topping next time 😉.

I've seen him do it with the lactose free milk or oat milk for my Mom!
A roux is equal parts butter to flour. If tot use 1 cup butter....then you are to use 1 cup flour.

BIG UP YOURSELF family!
pro tip - you don't want to flood the pan with avocado oil.. you want to just grease a thin layer.. just drizzle a little and use the meat to scrub it around the bottom of the pan.. you are pretty much wasting oil by doing that and also taking away from the flavor of the seasoning.. while what he did was mix the meat with the seasoning with his hands, its best to season one side at a time for best flavor.. but I usually get the meat cooking before adding any seasoning so that it is not lost in the oil... that is just my opinion.. I have done both ways.. his way would take more time for the seasoning to settle in (marinate)... while seasoning one side at time would provide better flavor without marination! that is my opinion.. don't hate on it.. everyone has different ways of cooking.. both these ways could very be non-beneficial for the ways other cook.. we all have our ways.. I am just giving some advice.. either way is beautiful process
