since the sound is totally electronic, and composed like regular electronic music - Wonder what connection it has to Drum ROOT Chakra? And Meditation? Firstly Chakra itself is a dubious idea, like many things imaginary. 2nd one does not need complex music to meditate. It is contrary to the idea of meditation. Pachamama or some regular person.

I used this for running today and it's incredible how calming but still so perfectly in rhythm to the breath this sound is 😍 beautiful experience!
Any tips for someone who wants to start running?
@@TroyAdamm I'm actually a beginner myself... But what helped me going is: first answer yourself the question WHY you want to go running, lwhat is your motivation, what's your goal. Then: start slow, rather go for short runs but go regularly, believe in yourself, you can do this! See results, increase tempo over time, and find your 'routes'.when I'm not motivated, I try going at least for a 15min run (ends up being more most of the times). Hope that helps, enjoy!
