Hello, Sabaton. Hello, fellow metal lovers. I want to share this story with you because I don't really have anyone else to speak with. I ended the 8th grade this year in June and for the End of the Year Project my English teacher let everyone do what they wanted to. It could be a video, a poem, a presentation, a poster, anything. So, I made a PowerPoint presentation about this album. My teacher loved it and, for my surprise, he's also a Sabaton fan! One more reason why he's my favourite teacher. Also, it's great to know that the listening party of this album is in the same month of my birthday. Thank you, Sabaton. As I wrote on the last slide of my presentation "The mark of the 25 years was achieved, but it doesn't end here, does it?"
I agree that No Bullets Fly is a strong number. It's also my favorite song, but that may be because I've heard this story in 1993 fron Charly Brown himself. He was at a reunion here in the Netherlands and allot of veterans visited the theme park I worked at. being a WW II entheusiast I asked many of them what memories they held dear from their time in the army and Charlie Brown told me the story behind No Bullets Fly

@@Sabaton Ok, so I have a question regarding the upcoming album, not about anything specific, if you are allowed to say the general time frame of when it will come out, is it next year or is it quarter 3 of 2024 or quarter 4 of 2024. I'm not asking about the specific date or something like that, only the time of year.

I only referred to your words "I miss Tommy" as if he not only left Sabaton, but also disappeared from the face of the earth. If Tommy had enough of the busy life at Sabaton, no one better than Thobbe could have taken his place. He's a great guitarist, a friend, a lovely man and everyone at Sabaton likes him. Peace

It's got a great conclusion, since after many years the 2 pilots got to meet eachother.

Soldier of Three Armies is Hannes' best drumming performance of all times - my opinion. I'm amazed every time I listen to it.

I love Joakim's enthusiasm for wanting to play Hearts of Iron and The Last Battle live, I've always wanted to hear those songs performed in particular and I'm hoping to hear them when you come back to Minnesota this September! đ€
It starts when I'm at work. Every time! Still, at least I have a fun stream to watch after work. (I also pre-ordered all 3, 10th anniversary edition of Heroes, So I'm looking forward to them arriving very soon.)
I always consider it a post-work reward when that happens! Have fun!!
With this album I only realised much later on how good it actually is. I listened to it only once when I got it, there didn't really seem much on it that I liked and then I didn't really bother with it again. But then years later, after I started to follow your CZcams channel, you kept posting single song videos, some of them that weren't familiar to me but that I kinda liked, and when I looked at what album they were from I saw that they were from the Heroes album.
We were not supposed to buy a dog with my wife because we have two small kids (4 and 1 and the older absolutely loves Sabaton) but then we met a puppy named Baron wearing a red colar. Now we have a dog. đ€đ€đ€đ€

This album was my introduction to Sabaton. I had not heard of them until I saw them live opening for Iced Earth. After the show, I went out and got the album because of how impressed I was by what I saw from them.

This is my favorite Sabaton album, and Inmate 4859 is my favorite song in the entire discography.
Not only is the story of Witold Pilecki as fascinating as it is heart-wrenching, but the gloomy and dark atmosphere of the track works amazingly when paired with the tragic lyrics.
I also think that with how dramatic the story behind the song is, itâs really fitting to hear how almost âtheatricalâ and epic the song sounds.
Truly a masterclass in storytelling through music, that gives me goosebumps every time

This is a very special album to me. The first one I ever heard from Sabaton and I was simultaneously hooked and couldn't believe I hadn't heard of them before. Turned me into a massive fan for life. Heroes, to me, is their overall best album. Hard to pick but I'd have to pick this one. đ€đ€
Can't wait for the album listenings for Great War and The War To End All Wars, my two favourite albums out of the collection. I love a lot of the older albums but both Great War and TWTEAW I love every single song in them and I can't wait to see the boys listening to them and giving some cool insight into it all đ€đ„

To Hell And Back is by far my favorite, Ive been to Audie Mruphys birthplace and museum thanks to that song, and is one of my friends favorites. Night Witches into No Bullets Fly must be the strongest introduction of any Sabaton album.
I'm listening to this a few of hours after the premier, and just realized one of my neighbors must be a Sabaton fan as well. I heard the intro to Inmate 4859 while making dinner, not realizing what song it was, but thinking "That is some creepy fucking music." Really put a damper on the whole dinner experience đ
Something I've always wondered is why specifically 7734 was remade for this album. I was hoping to hear why in the Metalizer listening party but there wasn't much said. It is without a doubt my favorite Sabaton song, specifically the Heroes remake of it. It's a very intriguing song with a very vague spiritual heavy metal message behind it. Obviously a big part of the song is how different people choose to interpret it, but hearing an explanation as to what went behind writing the song and why it was remade for Heroes would be very interesting.

this is my personal favorite album and the most underplayed tbh. Every song is good this album is nothing short of a masterpiece, the only issue is Hearts of Iron does not get enough recognition.

My first Sabaton album, and my first concert. I thought the album was okay on my first few listens, but hearing you guys live won me over. Far From the Fame is my favorite of the album, but I always thought Smoking Snakes was very underrated.

My favourite song of this album has to br the first one i head from it which was inmate 4859 i especially like the verse guitar riff which earlier this year was the first 7 string guitar riff i learned

Their music gives me life, the lyrics gives me knowledge and sparks something in me that gives me purpose and strong meanings about historic events and their impact on situations to day and their cultural meaning. You are heroes for teaching this to us from we are kids trying to find ourselves and find a purpose .. and the music will live on long after we all are gone

I'd have to narrow it down to three, can't pick a favorite.
Absolutely love the energy of Night Witches and Soldier of 3 Armies, and both have good stories behind them. But I absolutely love the sound and story of Hearts of Iron! It's an oddly somber song, and it has a very unique sound as opposed to the rest of album. But at the end of the day, the whole album is amazing!
I love every song of this album, but especially "Resist and Bite". Love from Uruguay đ„°

Couldn't watch/listen live unfortunately cause I was traveling back home from The Netherlands after some amazing days, highlight of course Floor's concert at Royal Park, but no thanks to the Deutsche Bahn, the trip home was super stressful! Can't wait to calm down, take some time and listen/watch after the weekend :D
