All these characters get killed by axes or pipes or swords or something similar, but Bendy, the big baddie of the entire game, the only one able to kill you in one hit, he can literally be defeated with a film reel and a projector, the SAME thing that brought him to life. How ironic.

I think Norman/projectionist remembered who Henry was before he died, which probably explains why he didn’t just rip Henry out of the locker.

Sammy lived because apparently he can rebirth. However whenever he rebirths he becomes more and more of a monster, which is why his voice was twisted. Eventually he becomes a searcher and you can see that when you get the hidden scythe and then a searcher that has Sammy's mask pops out in Joey's office. He is also slightly bigger than a normal searcher for some reason.
Wait what happened to him? Is it at the end when you run from the ink demon?

He says that the Ink creations were brought to life by being influenced by the characters after projection tapes were played for them, so once all the reels featuring Bendy, his character literally ceased to exist because there no more source material for him to feed on.
