The game is hard - which I like and the Devs keep making improvements - which I love. The last time I tried it the Brigands attacked me at my Settlement. So TBH I had no idea where they were headed. My intention was to have a central melle squad with 2 flanking archer squads but after 2 hours of herding cats I was just pleased that all the villagers turned up to fight
