Hello I’m Mr. Taster and we are in a farm in Kuwait with Dear Kapitan Abed. We will be making exciting Iranian and Kuwaiti dishes like Mutabak, Maqluba and koobideh kebab. Be sure to stick around to see how it’s done.
First we started of with Mutabak. It’s prepared with a giant grouper fish, including rice, onions, and various spices. The process involves cleaning and frying the fish, mixing spices, and layering it with rice to create a unique and exceptionally delicious dish.
Next we had a traditional Maqluba dish which is made with large zucchinis, chicken, rice, and vegetables. The preparation involves frying various ingredients, layering them in a pot, adding saffron-infused rice, and cooking with charcoal. The result is a delicious and remarkable dish that's considered one of the best.
Afterwards along with Kapitan Abed we crafted unique koobideh kebabs by finely mixing minced meat with onions, skewering them in abundance, and grilling on a large charcoal grill. The kebabs are served alongside rice, tomatoes, and grilled peppers, creating a delicious dish, commemorating the National Day of Kuwait in a tray shaped like the Kuwaiti flag.

مقلوبه اینقد لح لوده نمیشه و عربها این میزان روغن استفاده نمیکنن. مطبگ که پر از روغن شد درضم گشنیز در حشو باید میزاشتی درضم این غذاها عربها ایران هم هست مخصوص آبادان که نزدیک به فرهنگ غذایی کویت هست
