Even if the technology isn't quite as amazing as they've shown, can we all agree at the very least that these guys are absolutely amazing at marketing? Everything from their logo, to the graphics designs, and lighting is just superb. I like to believe that what they show is real and their tech really can do all these things seamlessly, and that they are just amazing at marketing on top of that.

I'm working on my first game in Unreal Engine right now, it takes sooo much time to place everything. This is insane! Instant subscribe right here. I hope we get a free licence (which includes all functionalities, like your enterprise version) for hobby users, who don't get any money with their projects and do this just for fun.
This is most likely more of a concept video however it would be very easy to make things interactive in vr as all you have to do is either install multiple grip points or a physics system that allows for corner gripping.

I guess they are just normal assets, or normal assets could be assigned to the AI, so yeah, you should be able to make them interactive!
