How to work in AutoCAD like arcgis or q gis but usess of autocad tools like we have a project of gis base as we know that the best option is arcgis or qgis but i am expart in AutoCAD how to take map or shapfile??
As you know, AutoCAD is not a GIS software and there are some limitations. ARCGIS is an ideal solution. But if you need a dwg based GIS solution, you can use BricsCAD.
Is there any autolisp program to create centre lines of road network at a time?

Just download the Lisp file from the link given and follow the procedure explained.
Pointless as it just does the same as GE. You could just open GE.
You can get any dimension and switch over to your drawing by pressing a tab.
