- The victim of a fatal Oakland freeway shooting on Tuesday was a 28-year-old recruit for the Alameda County Sheriff's Department. CHP is taking the lead in the investigation.

This is awful and all freeways need to have cameras in order to catch these murderers shooting on the freeways. Praying for the victims family.

Possibly reporting something when the killers shot him. That area he was shot, is " survival of the fittest " with many confrontations taking place due to thinning of the lanes.
