1- pointer (use finger )
2- increase reading speed (hold pointer it will be habitual)
3 Active reading ( important text should have low speed)

For active reading you need to point out with pencil and movement must be greater then normal speed. Where the things are boring or manipulated move faster and where important things mentioned move slowly .
