Keep katy and these places a secret as much as possible. Locals will find these houses without these youtube videos if you are doing this to sell them.

So the real kitchen would be the smaller 2nd one, while the main one is just for display? I could do without the 2nd kitchen the cost would be 100k less and it would still be beautiful. The master bedroom and closet could be bigger with all that space! It’s very nice!

Norma, this home is absolutely gorgeous! I have seen this community online. I was just looking at it a couple of days ago 😁so thank you so much for doing a tour, since I can’t get there myself now. Here’s a few things I would just tweak lol.
The office in the front, that can be used for a lounging space for a guest or some other purpose. Maybe the wall can be knocked down, to create a little hallway. Reason being, there’s one window, and I don’t like the fact that if I’m on the phone, or have the window open, people might hear me, not very private.
Or that can be a space for my future significant other 😉. The dining room at the front, I don’t see the purpose of it, so maybe the space can be a gym or a studio.
Where the breakfast nook is, I would put up a wall with windows see through onto the nook, where the lounge area is. That would be my office because it’s close to the kitchen and it’s facing the back yard too and I can look outside at the beautiful scenery and let some light in.
I would totally use the second kitchen. It’s good for several reasons. Well for one, I plan to have a commercial kitchen. Two, supposed you have guest over and you are in the main kitchen and they want to cook too? I don’t like people hovering over me and rushing me, lol. So they can use that kitchen while I cook.
I love the extra space for storage and prep. Also, of course there needs to be a gas cook range in the main kitchen. I love the whole set up of the kitchen. It flows nicely the way it should.
The master bedroom needs some character, like bay windows. It’s a bit too plain. The upstairs area is beautiful and I love the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom, that would be great for guest so they can have privacy or family. Love the game and media room.
Only thing is the price, lol 😂🤣🤣 I love the other homes that you toured that were under 300k to 400k.

@@normadoes Thank you so much darling 😉 I wish I could tour but I don’t have a car ☹️ Saving for a house! I like the high rise I live in but too many problems. I’m making it my dream to be a home owner next year. 3-4 bedrooms would be nice since it’s just me. I do want to live in a gated community.
Until I can get one, thank you so much! I’m in Frisco, do you know this area or what cities would be great to live in, where there are no floods? I want it to be quiet. They are about to build another building and there are too many young people moving in here and I like it quiet. I’m young too! But I don’t like noise.

This Verona plan by TriPointe is currently only available in Missouri City Texas that floods !! The Lakehouse in Katy is another place they had these and I came close to booking it but the area was too deserted !

Yes! Lakehouse is a beautiful place but very deserted, completely agree with you! Sienna in Missouri City has beautiful homes, but the flooding is a huge risk you will take!
