When you were talking about the fry, you must notice that in this performance she was sick. She did an interview that day too you can hear she has a cold

I always say she sings without a net, taking chances many would not attempt. But she gives you her soul.
In my opinion Adele is the best singer in the world and the greatest of all time.

That's what's bothering for me. Why aren't these professional vocal coaches around her not helping her technique-wise lest she risk injuring her vocal cords again.
I think one of her greatest strengths is her songwriting skills which gives her the leverage of choice in terms of material i.e. she doesn't have to confrom too much to how a label wants to package her music because she writes her own.

Das ist die interessante Frage. Adele ist eine wunderbare Sängerin. Sie hat diesen Flow in der Stimme, der einen sofort emotional mitnimmt. Und doch muss sie technische Fehler machen. Sie hatte schon mehrere Stimmband OPs. Was macht sie also falsch?
Ich denke, wenn sie technisch sauber singen würde, dann hätte sie eben nicht das typische Adele Timbre.

@@ayush9791 Hey, it's a tricky question. The thing is her singing is somehow going against the rules of singing. Because vocal couches are out there to make you sing as perfectly as possible, however her voice and notes break a lot, words are at times cut and everything sounds very raw. She had used it in her favor though, as it is her signature sound and you hear other female singers do such thing very rarely and only in some part of their performances. I think Demi Lovato breaks a lot of her notes, cuts words and does a lot of fry in some of her songs like Skyscraper.

@@cwehden I guess I'm just old school and prefer the style and technique of Barbra, Whitney, Regine, Celine, Mariah, Lara and the like. You should react to Lara Fabian though. Quite underrated but impeccable technique.

She sings in n the mask region in this performance, a lot, which produces a nasal quality to her voice. It's a technique applied to convey and interpret the emotion of this song. She pulls it off and only a few people can like Aretha franklin, beyonce and lady gaga
